font for form 10628

Mike, I changed the font to Courier New. Now the form, a Word form, is not compatible to send as an attachment to an email, or as a pdf.
I think I need to change the font back to the original one. What was it? Or is there another fix. Thanks.

Please elaborate on what you are doing. The default font is probably Arial or Times New Roman.
