Error 1429

Error 1429 Message OLE idispatch exception code 0 from Microsoft Word: You are not allowed.

This happens when we are ...creating a letter to client. Go to client card / into "forms" / under "print letters".
I select one fo the letters to have it merge wtih Word to type the letter.
Usualy the letterhead with the address and subject matter appears in Word - allowing us to just type in the body. Now the letter does not populate into Word - just the PINK error box.
It happens to on the workstation with at least 2 of our profiles.
We have : completely uninstalled, rebooted, ran cc cleaner to clear the registry, removed the c:\locallaw folder, rebooted, reinstalled and made sure the setting for "open multiple" is unchecked the setting in tools / misc / documents.
