Can one use gmail, for example, within A1-Law?

At this time A1-Law integrates with Outlook but if you can simply drag your gmail to the desktop then it can easily be attached to case activity.

How does one drag an email message to desktop?

From Outlook - you can single click on the Email to display it. Just single click it and hold the mouse button down and drag it to your desktop.
