Scenario - Windows 7, office 2013, network printer or local printer.
What happens - a user is in A-1 - all is working fine - they open a case Word launches and they can print 2-3 times and then BAM - WORD freezes when they try and printer and says "Not Responding".
We have to reboot.

What we have done so far:
a) reinstalled Windows 7 and all applications (thinking it was a Win7 problem or corrupt Word problem)
b) Deleted the USER from A-1 and recreated her (at one point it seems like we were able to print as a different A-1 user)
c) Uninstalled A-1 and re-installed A-1
d) The user is a member of the local administrators group.

Please start by making sure you have the latest version.

(this is Jim again) Latest version of what -- A -1? This is the same version and the same install on the other 17+ workstations in the building. We have a bunch on this same setup working just fine. Looking for any 'odd ball' explanations you might have.
But if there is a newer version of A-1 than they are using let me know!

What version are they using?

If it is happening only on one computer then the problem might be with the printer driver on that computer. Try a test alternate driver such as printing to PDF printer.

Hi Mike (this is Jim) ok I guess I did leave that off my list - but yes we have tried 2 different networked printers, a local USB printer as well. (I have even had a different tech look at it to make sure I wasn't having tunnel vision). Like I said this is as weird as it gets and just hoping with your vast user base this may have shown up before.

Please let me know what version you have (which is displayed at the main menu in A1-Law).

Does this error happen ONLY when trying to print in Microsoft Word?
