Hi, Mike -

This problem happens randomly in the files, and not with everyone at the same time. Now one person in our office is having this happen on all files.

When you get into case activity and scroll down to review older documents, there is a period of time that is missing. Sometimes, if you unclick "show all," you are able to see the missing stuff; sometimes not. In this particular case, unclicking show all does not help. It can be a whole year of stuff that doesn't show. Please help.
