Letters Not in Showing up in Case Activity

Hi, Mike -

I have had a random thing happen on a couple of files.

First, a letter that was done does not show up in Case Activity nor Saved Documents, but I was able to retrieve the individual A1 Case folder.

Secondly, I had a letter that did not show up in Case Activity, but showed up under Saved Documents.

Try clicking ShowAll in case activity. Otherwise we can check the deleted log if it happens again. Maybe someone accidentally deleted the event but the documents are still saved in the folder for security reasons.

I do have "Show All" clicked, but I will check in the deleted log. Also, in my second example, it eventually showed up again in Case Activity, but not in scenario #1

Next time it happens please Email me so that I may look at this with you and find the problem or if you can reproduce the problem such that the event does not show in case activity but does in saved documents let me know.
