Printing PDF Files

One of our clients subbed us out and we need to print the records for his new attorney. The person who has been printing his records wants to know if there is a quick way to print the PDF documents without having to open each scanned item to print it. This particular client has tons of scanned documents. Appreciate any suggestions.

Yes - in A1-Law, go to the client card, click the printer icon on the toolbar and select the thrid tab (the scanned tab). Check the Select All checkbox and click Proceed. Select the QUICK PDF checkbox and click Proceed and A1-Law will combine all the PDF files into one temporary PDF file that you may print or save to a flashdrive.
