jet file document

We produce a jet file document, for instance, a dor. It is automatically saved in activity 1. How can I default saving the document in activity 8? Thank you.
You may easily save it as a PDF and just drag and drop the PDF right onto a case actviity note to attach it. Feel free to Email me if you have questions.
