Problems syncing A1 to Outlook

Problems syncing A1 to Outlook

We had a new attorney join us. He never used a case management program. He and his assistant did everything through Outlook (tasks, calendaring, etc.) This was all done on his own server.

A1 was syncing to Outlook just fine until his computer guy imported his old calendar to his Outlook here. In other words, he has combined his old Outlook calendar with our Outlook calendar. He has 2 calendars that he views as one document. He is only going to do this until he gets used to the way we do things.

Now when I sync A1 to Outlook, it keeps checking appointments and goes past 4,000. In order to get it to stop, I have to Ctrl Alt Delete. That causes his A1 calendar to delete from Outlook.

Is the second calendar causing problems? Is there anyway to keep the 2 calendars and not disrupt A1?

Actually it's most likely a corrupted Outlook PST file. The best thing to do is run SCANPST to fix the Outlook problem.
