fee reports
When I try to generate a report I get this message, "You do not have access to reports."
I have gone into the A1 Law system and looked at the different settings, but I cannot get access.
How can I generate awards, costs, and fee reports?

Try clicknig Tools, System, Configure Group Defaults, double click the group you are in, Security, Access To Reports.

Mike, I tried allowing access to reports in security, but now I get the message "no reports found".
What do I need to do?

Hello - first please make sure you have the latest updates. Second, where are you entering the fees that you want a report for?

I did an update.
We have Attorney Fee Activity as one of the Activities, the twelveth Activity in the drop down menu of Activities.

Where are you entering your fees when you add a case actvity? What tab are you clicking on?

But when you click the ADD button to add any activity, what tab are you clicking to enter your fees?

The case managers probably use the mouse and click on the add button. Usually, I do an alt A, but I don't usually add to fee activities. Do you need me to ask the case managers how they usually add to fee activities?

I'm trying to figure out what tab the use for tracking their fees - the first tab or the second fee/costs tab or the last tab (billing) etc.
