Case Activity

In Case Activity you can only see 3 lines of the message at the bottom, is there a way to expand this by default to say 15 lines?

At the case activity click the Other Features button, Configure Defaults and set the Window Height to a larger number. Otherwise, you may drag the horizontal bar to adjust it to where you want it and then at other features, configure defaults click the Set To Defaults button which will also save the form height and width.

As an alternate if you just want to see all the lines you can right click Case Activity and click the RTF view and if you prefer that view as a left click default then click tools, my preferences, case activity, Grid Style and set to RTF.
