Is A1 compatible with Word 2010?

YES - absolutely. But, (laughing out loud here) Word 2010 is not completely compatible with prior versions of Word. Sometimes you may have to load the Word template in 2010 and make minor changes. I have noticed this mostly with letterhead. But, once those changes are made/corrected (if there are any) there is no problem at all.

Also, Mike...(I should have included this in the first posting)...Is A1 compatible with Service 2008...32 or 64 bit?

Do you mean Server 2008 (running A1-Law on the Microsoft 2008 server)? It appears to be but there may be some bugs in 2008 as we are currently researching this. We are not sure if the problems that a few offices are experiencing are with only 2008 or 2008 and certain anti-virus programs. We are still researching this. However, a simple workaround would be to use 2008 with a NAS drive if there are any issues. You can buy a NAS drive for as little as $200.
