Dear Michael,

One of our staff is getting a "Error 67 - Contact System Administrator" when she sometimes opens case cards.

The Error is showing up 2-3 times per day.

What do I need to do to resolve this?

I'll need to research this further for your. It's a rare error and used to be a pink error screen that we trapped but were not sure what exactly was causing the problem and whether it was A1-Law or something external.
