1. Click Search For A Case and select O for the status and check the Primary Names Only check box
2. Check the Export Out To A File button (second button at the far left corner).
3. Click Email To Clipboard and then click Proceed.
4. The Emails have been copied to your windows clipboard.
5. In your Email you may paste the clipboard by typing Control-V or click Edit, Copy. IT IS STRONGLY SUGGESTED TO REMEMBER TO PUT THIS IN THE BLIND COPIES so that clients do not see other clients Emails.
6. Remember that this will not send a list out to those who do not have Emails so it is possible to see who does not have an Email and then you will have a list of those clients without Emails as follows: At the same Search For A Case Screen click Search For Last Name (not last name quick). Click the Advanced button and enter the following: empty(card.email) Click Proceed and then click Search.
