When filing the Application (I use the packet) there are several different separator sheet document titles which are required.

In particular, on the EAMS website for OCR filers http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/eams/EAMS_OCRFilers.html, you'll see an UPDATE 8/18/10 called Document Titles List and it contains

[ADJ-LEGAL DOCS-VENUE VERIFICATION]

Unfortunately, when I use the packet (or the individual separator sheet) the VENUE VERIFICATION document title isn't in A-1 yet and I cannot
edit the document title field (drop down) to put in the correct language.

How soon can you get that implemented?

Please first make sure you have the latest version which already has the new DWC APPROVED Sep Sheet, Cover Sheet and DOR. The PACKET allows you to just click in the textbox and type anything you like so it should not be a problem at all.
