Unable to View EAMS Forms

Unable to View EAMS Forms

I just installed A1 on all of my computers in Fresno. The server is in Bakersfield. Everything is working fine except the Fresno office cannot open EAMS forms in A1. Adobe Reader is installed.

Any suggestions?

What exactly happens when they try and open an EAMS form? If Fresno is remoting into Bakersfield then the Bakersfield server must have Adobe Acrobat installed because Fresno is most likely just using Terminal Services or Citrix to remote in.
