Is A 1 backed up somewhere externally? I am trying to figure out a good back up system.

For external backups, it's best to simply get a USB drive and backup the entire A1Law folder to the drive. You may then have your IT person create a simple script to backup the changed files or you can use a backup program to backup daily, weekly, etc.
