Form Letters

I need to put vertical lines in a form letter to create a box that I can type information into. Or is there a way to create a box that contains vertical and horizontal lines? I think I've seen this in one of our form letters but do not know how to create one.

Click the O button at the lower left then Insert a table with 3 columns and one row. Next, click in the table and press ENTER as many times as you like in the center column or add information. While the cursor is in the center column click the O button again and click Table Dialog. Next where it says FRAME click at the top, left, right and bottom so that a line appears and you can change the line width so as to create a box.
