cannot submit the EAMS cover disc

everytime i click on save to disk for EAMS cover sheets, i alwasy get a message that an error occured. there was a problem communicating with server. it appears to be only my computer that is having this problem. i dont know if windows firewall is blocking it. do i need to add a1-law to exception list or adobe reader?

Try restarting your computer and if the problem persists then uninstall and reinstall Acrobat Reader free from Adobe.com.
