Hi, Mike - I did the latest update yesterday. Today, we noticed that any emails we send to each other via A-1 are not being posted into case activity. The recipient receives the message, but it never gets posted.

Please let me know first if you are referring to A1-Law Emails or Microsoft Outlook Emails.

This is weird. Originally, it was A1 emails that were not working. But when I got your email, I thought I better check with Outlook.
So, I sent an email utilizing the Outlook button in A1 to myself and requested that the email be posted into one of my headings in case activity. When I checked case activity, the A1 emails that had not been posted earlier were posted, but the Outlook email wasn't posted. It was almost like the Outlook email forced the prior A1 Emails to post.
It got weirder. Like I said, I sent an Outlook email utilizing the A1 email to MYSELF. When the email came into my Outlook, it appeared and the disappeared before I could even open it.
Does this make sense?

The Outlook email that I tested just showed up in case activity. It took a lot longer than it used to. However, it did not reappear in A1.
I had the other employee send an Outlook email via A1 to see if that would force her prior A1 emails to be posted, but that didn't work. They still have not been posted.

Ok. The original A1 email that didn't post (not Outlook) just got posted. It took about an hour to post into case activity.

Is it possible that after the Outlook Email is sent you simply need to close the Case Activity window and go back in again from the client card (so that it refreshes)?

I've tried that. That is what I always have had to do with Outlook emails. However, the problem is with A1 email. I just checked the file with the original problem, and the email from A1 (not Outlook) has not been posted.

Check the ShowAll button at case activity. Maybe it is being posted in another category.
