Dear Michael,

Since the System Document Tracker is currently a maximum of 365 days (1 year), what would be the best way to copy/clone documents that are older than that?

For example, what if someone wanted to copy/clone a document from 2002?

I know one possibility would be increasing the amount of days from 365. However would that make the tracker too slow/bulky/other problems? Checking over the last year's document production we have nearly 31 thousand documents. Adding several years to that...

Maybe a Saved Documents (tab) Copy/Clone button? And/or a Case Activity Right-click Copy/Clone option?

Any tips/ideas/etc. you have would be greatly appreciated.

Are we talking about cloning from one case to another case or from within the same case?
