Hey Mike,

I know the commands for having a letter automatically generate a task, and with it the following: date assigned, date required, who from, who to, and notify. Are there commands to automatically set the color and type, too?

The latest version as of today (please download) will allow you to do this. (:P) Here's an example:

at the bottom of the form letter where the number for color represents the location in the dropdown...
