Merging two case cards

Hey Mike,

We've got two open, active case cards for one of our clients. (The background is a bit convoluted.) Can we combine these two cards?

Most of it can be combined. Go to the card you want to keep and click Miscellaneous, Clone a case and it will merge in the Parties, injuries and case activity and attached documents from the other case you specify. You would have to re-enter the tasks from the other case if there are any. You may then go to the other case and either type Miscellaneous, Delete or just change the status of the other case to something else if you want to keep the other file on record.
