Commands for form letters

#1

Post by Prosser » Mon Mar 02, 2009 5:23 pm

Have a quick and easy question. We have form letters that we would like to have the injured body parts automatically inserted into the letter. We need the command to put in the letter which will include all injured body parts.

THANKS.

For the current injury (the top one or the one clicked on before clicking Forms from the client card) one may use this command:

>

For all injuries or a set number of them (keeping in mind that the same body part could occur twice for two injuries):

>
Injury 1: >
>
Injury 2: >
Injury 3: >

If they are EAMS injuries with the new eams body parts then the concept is the same since there could be multiple applications on file but there are up to 5 body parts per injury as follows:

Date of Injury: >
Body Part #1: >
Body Part #2: >
Body Part #3: >
Body Part #4: >
Body Part #5: >

Similarly one may use a SkipToTop command then the above and then a skip command to go through each injury. So, it winds up possibly being a little more complicated than you may have thought but if you can provide me with what the letter is for and possible layout of how you want it to appear in the letter, I can help further. Otherwise, hopefully the above commands will work for you.
