Hey Mike,

I'm having a little trouble with the Other Caption. I have both the primary and secondary caption working but the Other is not working for me. I am using these codes, but only the first two are working...any ideas?

Civil Caption (pleadings)
{FieldName = CaptionSecondary
>}

Civil Caption
{FieldName = Caption
>}

Civil Caption (letters)
{FieldName = CaptionOther
>}

The coding looks okay but it could be that your FieldName = Caption is contained in your FieldName = CaptionOther. Try putting the CaptionOther above the FieldName = Caption or change the FieldName = Caption to something unique like FieldName = CaptionPrimary

Is there a way to run a case list using the caption-other, rather than the regular caption?

If you mean to include a different caption in a report - at present the only way would be either a user defined report or export information to Excel.

Yes, that is what I mean. I need a printout of our cases using the 'Other' caption. How do I do that?

This has become a rather urgent need for Civil. Do you know of anyway we can run a report that pulls the Other caption?

Select the Case Activity Report

Enter your parameters on the left for a faster report (such as type of case and status).

On the right enter category 1000004 (a million and four)
Enter 9999999 for the max category
Select RUN and choose the DETAILED report so that it prints multiple lines (all the lines in the OTHER caption).
