Syncing Calendar with A1

#1

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Jan 14, 2009 9:09 am

Hey Mike,

Is there a way to set up the calendar in A1 with the calendar in outlook so that it automatically syncs everyday when you log in?

Thanks,
Jenn

Click Tools, My Preferences, Sync Outlook Calendar on Startup.

Thanks! :) Is it possible for it to post to a shared calendar?

Hi Mike,

I know you already answered this question for me, but I wanted to double check with you about the dates that the calendar is syncing on a daily basis.

When I check the option in My Preferences to Sync Outlook Calendar on Startup, is Outlook syncing only that current day or all days or days of this year?

I would like it to automatically sync all dates every time I open outlook - is that possible?

Thanks for your time! :)

It syncs whatever your preferences are set to. So, from the Main Menu, Export To Outlook, Preferences if you have a 120 in the box then it's going to always sync everything up to 120 days from the day it syncs.

Which "Box" are you referring to? When I go to preferences I don't see a box that I can enter in how many days or anything like that...

Main Menu click Export To Outlook Preferences, Calendar. Then uncheck the "Always use events from the custom tab" then you will see a Start Date and and End Date. Enter 0 for the start date to sync from the date you are syncing (enter -7 to sync a week before, etc) then enter 120 in the End Date to sync 120 from the date you are syncing.
