Combo Box
I read in the manual about a combo box. It sounds like you can look at 2 categories together instead of just one or using the "show all" feature. Is that true? if so, where do I find the combo box?

Re: Letters Not in Showing up in Case Activity
I haven't corrected the problem in case you wanted to see what it looks like. Let me know when you are available, and I will have you log into my computer, so I can show you. Thanks.

Re: Letters Not in Showing up in Case Activity
I do have "Show All" clicked, but I will check in the deleted log. Also, in my second example, it eventually showed up again in Case Activity, but not in scenario #1

Letters Not in Showing up in Case Activity
Hi, Mike - I have had a random thing happen on a couple of files. First, a letter that was done does not show up in Case Activity nor Saved Documents, but I was able to retrieve the individual A1 Case folder. Secondly, I had a letter that did not show up in Case Activity, but showed up under Saved D...

Closed Files Report
Hi, Mike - I am trying to show a client a list of cases that have been closed since the beginning of the year. When closing the cases, I do change the Case Card to closed, which automatically puts in that day's date. I know that probably generates a report, but I cannot find it. Is there anyway I ca...

Re: Email post error Invalid Category
Up until last week sometime, that wasn't the case, and I liked it. If we e-mail an attachment and didn't put a category, it would show "(Email to: person@email.com) in Saved Documents, but nothing would show in case activity. It was nice because we didn't have a bunch of blank emails without any dia...

Re: Email post error Invalid Category
Hi, Mike - This is Sherry. I know about the drop down box to post to case activity. However, we have some clients that we have to e-mail their correspondence to them. When the secretaries used to e-mail it (without any kind of message in the e-mail), the email would be posted under "Forms," and then...
