Word search in the body is possible by doing it in Windows and searching the A1Law\mail folder. In the subject line if you want to Email me what you are searching for it might be easier and then I can provide you with the information.

I would have to add that feature so that it does not show in the dropdown. Most offices want the initials so that they can track whose desk the file is on but I can add that feature.

Please make sure everyone is out of A1-Law when doing the reindex. Otherwise, you may have to restart the server or close all files and then do the reindex.

Try signing on as a different username in A1-Law and see if that works. If so then your A1Law Profile got corrupted and we can recreate it.
Terminal server should not matter as far as this error is concerned.
