I need to put vertical lines in a form letter to create a box that I can type information into. Or is there a way to create a box that contains vertical and horizontal lines? I think I've seen this in one of our form letters but do not know how to create one.

Is there anyway to get the yellow message line on the main client card back to center aligned? Since a recent update it defaults to left aligned. We prefer to have it center aligned. I'm sure there is a way to reset it in system tools but we haven't figured it out. Thanks.

We need a report of stipulated cases with dates of injuries after a certain date. There is no problem with pulling up the stipulated cases but we do not know the process for pulling them up for all injuries after a certain date. I'm sure everyone knows how to do this but us. Thanks.

Hi Mike, Currently we use our calendar for hearings and depos. We have only one calendar because we're really not sophisticated enough to figure out how to create or use more. We're trying to learn how to use the ticklers for follow-up. We use tasks but we would like to see if the ticklers will work...

On our DOR EAMS form, an unknown Sacramento firm and their address and phone number show up where our office information should be. Also, on some forms the ADJ number doesn't self-populate. Is this something that we can correct?

I probably knew that, but A1Law has so many wonderful features that I probably forgot. As always, thank you so much for your prompt reply and your help.
