Re: A1-Outlook Messages - Questions

This is correct: So if I had "W-1,P-5,S-2" So you could enter W-1,P-5,S-1 (where both work comp and social security post to #1). You can disable the Outlook Security with a free program called ClickYes. Email me and I'll send it to you. Check with your IT consultant for details on Outlook Security. ...

Re: OCR SEPARATOR DOC TITLE VENUE VERIFICATION NEEDED

Please first make sure you have the latest version which already has the new DWC APPROVED Sep Sheet, Cover Sheet and DOR. The PACKET allows you to just click in the textbox and type anything you like so it should not be a problem at all.

Re: Unable to View EAMS Forms

What exactly happens when they try and open an EAMS form? If Fresno is remoting into Bakersfield then the Bakersfield server must have Adobe Acrobat installed because Fresno is most likely just using Terminal Services or Citrix to remote in.

Re: Editing a Template - Add Warning Message opening 2nd Window

Is this with A1-Law templates? Can you please illustrate a step by step instruction to duplicate this error because that should not happen and could be a bug.

Thanks,
Mike

Re: Bug Squishing - Minor Issues

From #2 above you said the mouse cursor goes invisible. I noticed that but if you simply move the mouse it does come back right away. But, when I simply click in the spot where I'm typing that window is still on top. Are you saying it is not? As a test please try clicking Tools, My Preferences, Case...

Re: Autologon Issue/Link Computer to Network

Link computer to network is outdated; use the Setup at the sign on screen and if there is an autolog at present then you can always delete the autolog file in the c:\lawlocal folder. I'll look into relaunching the main sign on screen. Workaround #3 is probably the easiest but in general if there is ...

Re: Bug Squishing - Minor Issues

When editing Case Activity one is not locked in that window so one may easily bring other windows on top of the case activity window. Is it possible that you are double clicking to edit which brings up the case activity window and then are clicking again on the Saved Documents window which brings it...

Re: Windows 2008 Server A1 Workstation Registration Errors

Click the Notepad button on the main toolbe. If the notepad shows up then you are fine (since the controls will have already been successfully registered. If not, then go into A1-Law and register controls from within A1-Law (click Tools, Miscellaneous, Register Controls).

Re: Windows 2008 Server A1 Workstation Registration Errors

You don't need to check the All Controls at all so everything should be okay. If there is a problem, try registering the controls again - At the sign on screen you can just click Setup, Register Controls or in A1-Law you may click Tools, Miscellaneous, Register Controls.
