Ideally - what you want is to not have to run such a report because then the case is already "lost in the tracks." You can run the report but let me explain the what you really want is to make SURE that every open case has at least one task assigned to it. In that way, the case never gets buried. Go...

Technically they only have to close the calendar window but their workstations may not refresh right away so it's best to just sign out and back in again. Sometimes it's required to close a window for speed and efficiency of the program.

Is this all extended notes or just a few? Can you try highlighting all the notes then copy them into Wordpad and then copy them back? Make sure there are no tildas or funny characters or back slashes in the extended notes.

I don't think there is a default at this time to post all Emails to category 1. You could set up each category individually though which should accomplish the same thing.

Right - I forgot about that. The user must select a case activity from the dropdown if it is left blank.

I think it defaults to #1 automatically if it is left blank but I would have to check and possibly update if you want all cases to default to some other number then I would have to possibly add a feature for that.

I'll need to research this further for your. It's a rare error and used to be a pink error screen that we trapped but were not sure what exactly was causing the problem and whether it was A1-Law or something external.
