Hi, Mike -
Is there way to print a list of open cases to include claim #s? I tried a few different reports and exported them to Excel, but they do not include claim #s.l Thanks.

View Scanned Mail
Hi, Mike -
After scanning mail, is there anyway to for someone to log in and see what mail has been scanned in on their case? If so, is there a way to separate and assign the mail to paralegal and atty, so that the atty pulls up the mail only he/she has to deal with?

Reindexing
Has anyone had any issues with reindexing lately? I have attempted it 3 separate times, and I get errors. So the message of reindexing keeps popping up.
