Re: A1 letters - Print Attorney Last Name
Please be more specific on this. What code are you using now and what are you trying to pull the attorney handling or assigned? The last name is simple. Try the following: > or > For the Mr. or Mrs. A1-Law will return He or She so we can convert that like this: > or > You will have to decide whether...

Re: A1 EAMS Letters: Display & Functionality Problem 150%
I can't think of any reason why. Please make SURE you have the updates for Acrobat Reader (click help, check for updates in Acrobat Reader). The other option (probably a better option) would be to set it at 100% and just use the screen resolution settings instead to make everything smaller or larger...

Re: A1 EAMS Letters: Display & Functionality Problem 150%
The Display Setting at 150% is the problem but there might be a workaround. In Windows where you change the font size, try clicking the SET CUSTOM TEXT SIZE DPI and then make sure the checkbox "Use Windows XP Style DPI Scaling" is checked.

Re: program closing
For *** ANY *** detailed forms they should ALWAYS be done in Microsoft Word or Word perfect. Keep in mind that A1-Law has full integration with both Word and Word Perfect and many offices ONLY do their forms in Word or Word Perfect and not A1-Law. But, with regards to court forms, if they are a prob...

Re: A1 letters - Print Attorney Last Name
There was an update a while back to accomplish what you want with the FIRST and LAST parameters. If you remove the LONG parameter then it will work and pull the first and/or last name as in the examples below: > > > > > > That is the easiest way to do this. Otherwise, yes you may also still use the ...

Re: Case Activity - Unattaching a File?
Actually the VERY latest version which will be available later tonight will allow you to easily copy/clone a case activity from one case to another via drag and drop. Then just delete the case activity from the wrong case after dragging to the correct case.

1. Check to make sure you have the latest updates.

Re: program closing
Hello - here are my questions:
1. Does it only happen when printing the 4906 form?
2. Does it only happen on your computer?
3. Do you have the latest updates?
Thanks,
Mike

Re: Email post error Invalid Category
I'm not understanding your last post. Anything in Saved Documents is also in case activity. Are you asking how to default posting of Emails to a different category?
