Whenever we print up a case activity list for someone, it shows all the information except the time of day that the case note was entered. Is there a way to print up a case activity list and have it include the time of day? We're working on a project where this information will be important. Thanks.

If I use Terminal Server/Remote Desktop, how will XCOPY know the distinction from the remote drive which is "C" and the local drive which is also "C?"
