It is most likely an Acrobat issue. Try opening up Internet Explorer (not firefox or another browser) and then taking an Acrobat PDF file from your desktop or my documents folder and "drag and drop" it to Internet Explorer and see if you can view the PDF in Internet Explorer.

Re: Unable to open EAMS forms
Try restarting the computer and if that does not work then go into Adobe Acrobat Reader and click Help, Repair Installation.

Re: Saving Work Product in Forms
If it is case activity then there is an autorecover you can click. Otherwise, if you are trying to recover the document you can try Control-Z to undo or if you have it integrated with Word or Word Perfect then those word processors usually also have auto backups that can be recovered.

Re: Rolodex Entries - General versus Firm/Corp
Usually the rolodex wizard either automated where A1-Law cleans everything and generates a log. You may of course first backup the rolodex and also create a log to look at before maknig any changes to the rolodex.

Re: Bug: Case Card - Parties - Name Link
Everything is working just fine. It only takes you to the rolodex when you edit the application / primary party. Please make sure your configure System Defaults, Rolodex Security has the Enhanced Rolodex Security checkbox checked.

Re: Moving A-1 from SBS2003 to SBS 2008 new server
A. No issues in running 64 bit. B1. Run A1Setup on the new server and map A1-Law to the new A1Law folder so that it can run on the file server if it ever needed to. Is A1Comm or A1Sync running on the file server? If so then this will need to be set up. B2. Make sure everyone is out of A1-Law. Restar...
