When you open a task by double clicking it from the Task menu, then you try to select the task, it disappears behind the Task menu, then you have to move the Task menu to get to it. Where do I find the Categories for the letters i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5?

In Case Activity you can only see 3 lines of the message at the bottom, is there a way to expand this by default to say 15 lines?
