9/8/2008    A1-Law EAMS Update Released

The state has invested a lot of time and money into preparing these forms to better automate their internal system for processing cases.  However, we have slightly altered the forms so that A1-Law may take advantage of many features that are not in the state forms.

Forms may be saved and are attached to a case directly in A1-Law

Saved forms occupy far less space than the state forms (approximately 1% of the size of the state forms).

Forms may be copied/cloned (so if another form one is creating is similar - then they can just "clone it" with all the changes.

No internet access required.

No Adobe Writer required - only the free Acrobat Reader is required.

Allows for re-editing of a saved form.

Automatic conversion to upper case (required per EAMS regulations).

Automatic population of forms with A1Law data and customization with any verbiage of your choice.

Forms may be easily Emailed in Acrobat and soon in A1-Law.
